I live in FL and work in the FL heat and humidity and this hat is the coolest and absorbs perspiration better than any headgear that I have worn. This purchase is to replace one I have worn for 6 or 7 years and is getting worn around the edges. I can throw it in the washer and it comes out in great shape!
